Notes on Visiting the Store

  • For items with quantity limits, please do not carry more than the permitted purchase quantity.
  • When entry restrictions are in place, please leave the store after finishing checkout.
  • Please walk when lining up. Do not run.
  • Please wait until everyone in your group is present before lining up.
  • Please make sure you have all items you plan to purchase with you before lining up for checkout, except for items that are handed over at the register.
  • Please follow the instructions of the staff.
  • You may be denied entry if you fail to follow the instructions of the staff.
  • The store will not be held responsible for any accidents or troubles between customers or between customers and third parties.

We cannot guarantee the accuracy of the English translation. The Japanese version is correct.

Visiting the Store

In some cases, we will require visitors to make a store entry reservation before visiting the store to ease crowding.
Reservations are not required on regular business days.
When store entry reservations are required, we will post an announcement on our official X account.
Even on days when store entry reservations are not required, depending on crowding conditions, we may ask you to wait for entry, issue numbered tickets, or deny entry.
•To make a store entry reservation, you will need a store entry reservation ticket (electronic ticket) on the Jump Navi app.
Depending on crowding conditions, we may ask you to wait for entry or checkout, issue numbered tickets, or deny entry.
To prevent disturbances to nearby residents and avoid accidents, waiting overnight or from the previous day is strictly prohibited. The store is not responsible for any accidents or issues resulting from visitors waiting overnight.
Pets are not allowed in the store. (This does not apply to assistance dogs such as guide dogs, hearing dogs, and service dogs.) If you are entering the store with a guide dog, hearing dog, service dog, or other assistance dog, please be sure to bring both the identification and certificate for the assistance dog. (Guide dog users must carry a user certificate.)

Store Entry Reservations

You will need a store entry reservation ticket (electronic ticket) on the Jump Navi app.
Store entry reservations are required only on days when crowding is expected. Reservations are not required on regular business days. Even on days when reservations are not required, depending on crowding conditions, we may ask you to wait for entry, issue numbered tickets, or deny entry.
We will post an announcement on our official X account.
To make a store entry reservation, you will need to install the Jump Navi app and sign up for a free account.
Reservations are for one person only. You may not reserve for multiple people, including accompanying visitors.
Store entry reservations are intended to alleviate crowding and prevent the spread of infectious diseases. They do not guarantee that you will be able to purchase products. Please be aware of this when visiting the store.
If you are using a store entry reservation ticket to enter, you will need to bring identification. (Accompanying visitors do not need to bring identification.)
When entering the store, the staff will check whether the details registered in the Jump Navi app are correct, including face photos. You will not be permitted to enter the store if there are any discrepancies with the registration details. Please bring identification. If we are unable to verify your identity, you will be denied entry.
The following documents are recognized as valid identification.

Please refrain from making inquiries about identification documents other than those specified in [A], [B], [C], and [D] below.
[A]Single documents that are sufficient for verifying your identity
•You must have the original document to enter. Documents without photos are invalid.
• Visitors of junior high school age or younger may enter with a copy.

【B】 Single documents that are sufficient for verifying your identity, limited to university students, graduate students, junior college students, technical college students, vocational school students, and high school students
•You must have the original document to enter. Documents without photos are invalid.

【C】A set of two documents that together are sufficient for verifying your identity
Please present a company ID with a photo, plus one of the following.

•You must have the original document to enter. Copies are not permitted.
[1]Pension handbook (national pension certificate (handbook), employees' pension certificate)
[2]Seal registration certificate (To use this document, you must also bring the seal itself.)
[3]Health insurance certificate

【D】Single documents that are sufficient for verifying your identity, limited to junior high school students and younger
•You must have the original document to enter. Copies are not permitted.

Preschoolers do not need a store entry reservation ticket as long as they are accompanied by a guardian who is over 18 years old and has a store entry reservation ticket.
Only the owner of the store entry reservation ticket may purchase items.
Caregivers do not need their own store entry reservation if they are accompanying a visitor who has a store entry reservation and requires assistance. Please inform the staff at the store on the day of your visit. However, only the owner of the store entry reservation ticket may purchase items.
If you already have a store entry reservation ticket, you cannot apply for another reservation on the same day.
Store entry reservation tickets may be cancelled after they are acquired. To cancel, open the Jump Navi app and go to The Jump Shop Jimbocho Special Page > Show Ticket. Store entry reservations can be cancelled from this page.
•Store entry reservations cannot be restored once they have been cancelled.
Application details cannot be changed. To make any changes to a lottery application, please cancel your application and apply again. After the application deadline, or once a store entry reservation ticket has been issued, registered details cannot be changed under any circumstances.
Store entry reservation tickets are only valid for use by the person who made the reservation. Tickets cannot be transferred, and reservation details cannot be changed. In the event you are found to have engaged in fraudulent activity, you will be denied entry or asked to leave the store.
The personal information you registered when applying will not be changed even if you modify your profile information in the "Jump NAVI" app.
Only one checkout per visit is permitted for each person. Paying for multiple people in a single checkout is not permitted.
While entry is not normally rotated, a rotation system may be implemented on certain days. Dates on which the rotation system will be put in place will be listed on the Features & Events page.
Even if you have a store entry reservation ticket, you may need to wait to enter the store or make a purchase during busy times.

Inside the Store

You are welcome to take pictures, but please be considerate of those around you. Please refrain from using shooting aids such as selfie sticks and tripods, filming, or recording sound. Photography may be restricted depending on crowding conditions. Any photos you take are for personal use only.
Please be considerate of those around you when talking on the phone. Depending on the situation, the staff may ask you to end the call.
Staying inside the store for long periods of time or arranging to meet with other customers is prohibited.
There are restrooms on the same floor. However, you cannot use the restroom while carrying unpaid products or a shopping basket.
No, items from Sanseido Bookstore must be paid for separately from items from this store.

Products

Purchase quantity limits are in place for certain products. For details, please check at the store. Please note that purchase quantity limits are subject to change.
We will prepare sufficient quantities of the product, but please note that it may sell out.
Product availability changes daily, so please call the store before your visit. However, we cannot answer questions about when sold-out items are scheduled to be restocked.
Certain items can be reserved, so please call the store. However, some products cannot be reserved, such as popular products and products with a purchase quantity limit. Items cannot be reserved on days when store entry reservations are required.
This store offers original The Jump Shop Jimbocho goods.
There are also some items that are not sold at standard Jump Shop locations around the country. Please check the goods page for details.
There is a possibility that these items will be sold at other stores (Jump Shop and Jump Characters Store locations nationwide) in the future.
The Jimbocho Collab label indicates products developed in collaboration with stores in Jimbocho.
If you believe a product may be defective, please bring the item and the receipt. We will not be able to help you if you lose the receipt.

If the items were purchased outside our store, including via private sales on social media, secondhand shops, flea market apps, or auction sites, we cannot provide any support through any of the points of contact associated with our store.
